"Join US+1": Gourmet Exhibition of the 24th Local Snack Training Class
On January 8, 2026, the school hosted the "Gourmet Exhibition of the 24th Local Snack Training Class" under the theme "Join US+1." Guided by culinary instructors, class mentors, and nine industry experts, students presented four distinct business proposals: "Grand Feast" (豪派), "Every Moment for Foodies" (食食客客), "Hungry Now! Stir-Fry" (餓吧！熱炒店), and "Jia-Wei-Xian Seafood" (呷味鱻). Each group divided labor based on their expertise, ultimately presenting 23 delicious signature dishes.

The event welcomed esteemed guests, including the Squad Leader of the Youth Corps from the Kaohsiung City Police Department, representatives from the Ministry of Justice's Lizhi High School and Dunpin High School, and the Secretary-General of the Ching-Hsiang Youth Care Association. In the spirit of "Join US+1," students' families were once again invited to join the campus to taste the fruits of their labor. The presence of parents added a layer of warmth and joy to the dining atmosphere.

Having planned the exhibition since October 2025, the students’ final presentation in January 2026 left guests and families deeply impressed, providing the students with a profound sense of achievement. Following tradition, the exhibition included competitions for the "Ultimate Deliciousness Award" and the "Most Popular Award." The tension peaked during the vote-counting ceremony at the end of the meal, as students eagerly awaited the results amidst cheers and applause.

After the meal, a special "Mini-Reunion" session was reserved for students and their families. Principal Tu Chih-hung encouraged the graduates of the local snack class to carry this positive energy and these blessings forward as they embark on a brand-new journey in their lives.
