Our school and the Qiaotou Branch of the Legal Aid Foundation jointly organized the "Human Rights Umbrella and Fraud and Prevention in Daily Life" legal education and legal consultation activities. The lawyer Chen Junjia hired by the Legal Aid Foundation Qiaotou Branch gave the lecture. In this (112) year On June 13 (Tuesday) from 14:55 to 16:40 in the auditorium of the school, 63 faculty members and 112 students participated in the lecture course activities on that day, a total of 175 people.

Lawyer Chen first explained the definition of human rights from the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Constitution of the Republic of China. For "human beings", the right to life, freedom, equality, freedom from slavery, freedom from torture, cruel, inhuman or humiliating treatment or punishment Rights, etc., and how to protect the basic human rights regulated by the Constitution, explain to the listening teachers and students in a simple and concise way. For the CRC Convention on the Rights of the Child and the CRPD Convention on the Rights of the Physically and Mentally Disabled, specific application cases are used to explain, so that the listening teachers and students can understand the significance of the formulation of the Human Rights Convention through the cases.

After talking about human rights issues, Mr. Chen went on to preach how to prevent fraud and counteract

fraudulent. Through common fraud patterns and actual cases, let teachers and students understand how fraudulent groups use the weakness of human nature to swindle property, and how the public should remain vigilant to avoid becoming a fat sheep in the eyes of fraudulent groups. It is hoped that through publicity, fraud cases will not It will cause heavy losses to the people's property and create more social problems.

After the publicity lecture, the legal consultation was carried out immediately. Two students sought legal assistance from Mr. Chen for the difficulties they encountered in their legal cases. Mr. Chen also responded carefully and provided ways to solve the problem for reference.

Under the incisive explanation and practical experience provided by Mr. Chen, this publicity lecture allowed teachers and students not to be bored by the boring and complicated laws, and could learn legal common sense from simple explanations and cultivate correct legal concepts.
