The development of the coffee industry has penetrated into our daily life so far. Students, faculty and staff can be seen drinking coffee in various ways on campus. The process of drinking coffee can bring relaxation and comfort to our minds. For us in a stressful environment, the library is close to campus life. Through the guidance of the lecturer, you can deeply understand the beauty of coffee, drink coffee healthily, and release the pressure of life.

This lecture will be held at 10:00-12:00 am on April 28, 2023 (Friday), in the art classroom on the 2nd floor of the technical training building of our school. We will invite Mr. Huang Yining from our school and Mr. Zhong Fupeng, a coffee expert with rich experience in production and education. Let us lead us into the third wave of coffee revolution - pour over coffee, develop the life aesthetic experience of coffee from "drinking" to "tasting", and follow the lecturer through the process of "listening", "doing", "drinking" and "tasting", Open the five senses, immerse yourself in a pleasant atmosphere, enrich our inner energy, and settle our body and mind.

On the day of the event, President Tu Zhihong, Vice President Xu Binghui, Secretary Shi Yongtian, several departmental team members, and 10 selected students, a total of 32 people participated in the lecture. The scene was divided into 7 groups. The power of coffee knowledge and learning how to taste coffee; in the second half, after observing the teacher's demonstration at close range, the students divided into groups to experience the fun of brewing and tasting coffee by themselves, and spent a happy time together.
