According to Operating Regulations of Ming Yang High School, the Guard Squad is in charge of the following:

1. Campus patrol, inspection and security
2. We set up patrol spots at the sentry at the exterior area and the surrounding of the school based on the features of the buildings on campus. We use patrol spots to build a campus security network to maintain rehabilitation security.
3. A duty center has been established at the dormitory (Chishan Building) and specialists are on duty 24 hours at the duty center. These specialists are responsible for the dispatch and operation of security guard duties and control the condition of students on campus.
4. Dormitory duty: After students return to the dormitory (Shou Feng) on holidays, we assign staff to check the student dormitory and the condition of the student in the dormitory.
5. We set up three iron gates for the rehabilitation area and a central control room. We assign staff for 24-hour surveillance, control and safety check to implement effective security control.
6. We set up a car inspection station and a re-inspection station and assign specialists on duty. We check vehicles, materials and goods entering and exiting from the rehabilitation area thoroughly to implement effective security control.
7. We assign staffs to handle reception sign-up and item check and carefully inspect the items sent by family members signing up for the reception. The items sending to special and listed inmates are submitted to the Student Affairs Section for re-inspection to prevent contrabands from entering the campus.
8. We carry out all kinds of routine and irregular safety checks to prevent contrabands from entering the campus and avoid rehabilitation incidents.

2. If necessary, we send students to the hospital for medical attention or hospitalization, send them home for visits, send them to locations off-campus for exams, and transfer them to another prison. We build a duty report system to keep track of students under off-campus rehabilitation.
3. We carry out all kinds of rehabilitation duties on campus, keep track of student status and maintain rehabilitation security.

III. Handling for natural disaster, accident, jailbreak and other emergencies

1. We carry out the drill every year for natural disaster, accident, jailbreak and other emergencies (fire and violence prevention).
2. Local police units designate emergency support agreements and build a jailbreak report platform to strengthen support response.
3. We formulate the handling processes, response procedures and steps for earthquake, fire, food poisoning, student suicide, jailbreak, atrocity and riot, to reinforce emergency response, gathering, and mobilization.

2. We put the gear and guard instrument for duty in safekeeping and maintain them.
3. We check and manage the gates for all passages on campus, duty gear, and keys for guard instrument and control the use of them.

2. The security guards are on duty to protect the campus and surrounding day and night.
3. We assign rehabilitation duties and dispatch mobile police force.

1. Other issues of rehabilitation
2. The security guards are responsible for the management of substitute civilian servicemen in our school, such as the planning of duty assignment, life management, leave management, performance evaluation for awards and punishments, counseling and assistance in problem solving.
3. Security guards are in charge of provisional tasks assigned by officers.
