Duties of the Personnel Office
1. School organizational structure and personnel management;
2. The formulation and promotion of personnel regulations;
3. Faculty/staff recruitment, appointment and removal, promotion and transfer, and salaries;
4. Faculty/staff attendance management, training and advanced studies, performance appraisal, as well as rewards and punishments;
5. Faculty/staff welfare, cultural and recreational activities, insurance, retirement, layoffs, and indemnity;
6. Other matters related to personnel administration.
